Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising. We collect limited information when you contact us and use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how visitors use the website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.
Who we are
Arc&Delta is a trading name of Arc & Delta Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17240873), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Arc & Delta Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@arcanddelta.com.
What we collect and why
The only personal information we hold is what you voluntarily submit through our contact form — your name, email, and optionally your company, role, team size, company stage, engagement type, and details about your engineering challenges. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare for any subsequent conversations. We do not use it for marketing, share it with third parties, or sell it.
Lawful basis
We process contact-form data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We process analytics data only with your consent, which you give via the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.
Service providers
Contact-form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-processing provider that transmits your message to our inbox. Analytics are provided by Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms; we do not grant them the right to use your data for their own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep the site functioning, and Google Analytics cookies to understand how people use the site. Analytics cookies are disabled by default — they only load if you accept analytics in the cookie banner (we use Google Consent Mode v2, which defaults to denied until you opt in). Analytics data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify you.
| Cookie | Purpose |
|---|---|
| _ga | Counts unique visits anonymously |
| _ga* | Maintains anonymous session data |
| _gid | Distinguishes anonymous users |
How long we keep it
We retain contact-form enquiries only as long as needed to respond and, where a conversation leads somewhere, for the duration of that relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of any information we hold about you, and to object to or withdraw consent for processing. Email hello@arcanddelta.com or use the contact form at arcanddelta.com/contact and we will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data-protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we make any meaningful changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
